CRP Group are looking for experienced Traveling Superintendents who thrive in fast-paced commercial construction environments and enjoy leading projects from the ground up.
This role will oversee all on-site construction activities across projects throughout the Southeast, ensuring safe, efficient, and high-quality project delivery while managing subcontractors, schedules, logistics, staffing, and client relationships.
What we're looking for:
✔ 6+ years' experience in commercial construction
✔ Strong leadership and team development skills
✔ Expertise in scheduling, forecasting, quality control, and site safety
✔ Ability to manage subcontractor performance and complex project challenges
✔ Experience interpreting drawings, specifications, contracts, and project schedules
✔ Degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field preferred
