As Superintendent Projects, you will play a critical leadership role in ensuring BHP’s systems, processes, and capital portfolio deliver safe, productive, and value‑driven outcomes. You will be accountable for developing, prioritising, and assuring a rolling two‑year capital portfolio that balances value creation, risk reduction, and operational continuity.
Working within the Asset Engineering function, you will collaborate closely with Governance & Technical Stewardship, Operations, Integrated Operations, Planning & Technical, Environment, and Health, Safety and Security teams. This role requires strong stakeholder leadership, disciplined portfolio governance, and a commitment to continuous improvement across a complex, site‑based environment.
