Job details
Kelly Pediatric Therapy is seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to provide RBT supervision in local school district. This is a part time position open to as much or as little time as you are able to provide RBT supervision with.
Responsibilities:?
+ Provide clinical supervision to RBTs across the school district.
+ Supervision focused solely on strong & effective implementation of behavior analytic skills across 1-1, group, and class-wide support interventions.
+ No responsibility for FBAs, IEPs, or treatment plan development.
+ Maintain documentation of supervision meetings & observations, in accordance with BACB requirements
+ Coordinate with classroom teachers, school BCBAs, and/or clinical case managers on feedback provided, support & follow up needed, etc. ?
