Supervising Labor Services Representative - Kingston

Duties Description As a Supervising Labor Services Representative (SLSR) in the Office of Workforce Development (OWD) you would supervise professional and clerical staff through the development of a cohesive team that focuses on meeting Department needs. You will direct staff in a uniform approach to ensure the delivery of services to the agency’s customers. You may be responsible for representing the Commissioner of Labor and the Division Director at meetings with local workforce investment boards, the local Chamber of Commerce, and other community-based organizations.
