Supervising Senior | Rating

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end Rating Committee (RC) planning and execution, including scheduling meetings, coordinating with RC Chairman and members, calendar bookings, and ensuring smooth committee operations.
• Act as the primary coordination point with Ratings Team Leads, Compliance, MIT, Research, and Accounts departments for regulatory matters, system enhancements, sector dashboards, website/WizPAC issues, and RC member payouts.
• Help ensure quality assurance of RC packs, rating documentation and oversee timely resolution of process-related concerns.
• Oversee team portfolios planning, allocation of workload efficiently across ratings teams, use AI based learning optimize resource utilization, while ensuring daily deliverables and deadlines are consistently met.
• Monitor workflow progress and deadlines, and provide regular reporting to CRO on operational status, bottlenecks, and critical updates.
