Supervise staff working in Bulk Picking. Avoid unsafe acts are performed by staff and visitors in the assigned work area. Fluent of the department's process in order to ensure adherence, provide answers to employees and outside inquires. Partner with Assistant Manager and other Supervisors to ensure building awareness of business processes/ changes. Develop rapport quickly and maintain good customer relationships both internally and externally by Coordinating with all departments involved in the process. Provide support to internal and external customers including all divisions of our multi-channel business and suppliers. Execute the strategy and direction of the Department. Ensure that all support tasks for the department are completed in a timely manner. Manage employee performance while developing and inspiring the team.
