Supervisor - Aviation Maintenance

JOB DESCRIPTION & REQUIREMENTS

Reports directly to and works closely with the 2nd Line Maintenance Team Leader, as assigned, on all issues pertaining assigned AH‑64 phase maintenance sections. Coordinates maintenance activities and implements the Aviation Maintenance Manager’s directives and may temporarily assume duties of the Maintenance Team Lead as directed.

Will also be responsible for:

1. Directly manage and be responsible for assigned maintenance personnel. Must ensure that all aircraft inspection procedures, maintenance practices, standards, and records comply with all OEM, FAA, TAMMS, Company’s Group regulations. May be assigned to either a phase team or the unscheduled (heavy) maintenance team.
2. Responsible for the oversight, guidance, and counseling of all maintenance personnel assigned to the section.
