About the Role
:We are looking for an experienced Scaffolding Supervisor to oversee the effective delivery of scaffolding activities on our Birmingham contract, ensuring compliance with internal procedures, health and safety regulations, and quality standards. You will work closely with the client, providing scaffolding expertise, support and guidance when required. The role involves managing job scheduling, coordinating scaffold erection, alteration and dismantling, and supervising a team of operatives along with subcontractors. You will be responsible for monitoring work progress through regular site visits, ensuring projects are completed safely, on time, within budget, and to the required standard. The successful candidate will compile operational reports, uphold Mears’ values and procedures, and maintain a strong focus on customer satisfaction.
