**Job Summary and Responsibilities**

As our Supervisor Clinic Practice, you will lead the charge in optimizing health care delivery within our community, ensuring top-tier quality and cost-effectiveness. You'll partner with practice management and directors to streamline operations, enhance patient experience, and boost overall financial performance, driving innovation and fostering a sense of urgency to advance our health system.

Every day you will provide day-to-day operational oversight for one to two physician clinics, covering everything from service expansion and growth to personnel management and community relations. You'll collaborate closely with physicians and advanced practice providers (APPs), manage staff schedules, ensure regulatory compliance, develop staff through coaching, and manage budgets effectively.
