Job Description
Primary responsibility is to lead the operational aspects of the order fulfillment process and ensure that customer orders are fulfilled accurately, efficiently, and on-time, while also managing a team of order fulfillment staff and maintaining positive relationships with customers.
Operational
- Ensure that all customer orders are processed accurately and efficiently, and that they are delivered to customers on time.
- Collaborate across teams both internally and externally to ensure that customer orders are shipped and delivered in a timely and cost-effective manner.
- Monitor and analyze order fulfillment metrics such as order cycle time, order accuracy, and inventory turnover, and take corrective action where necessary to improve service standards.
