Supervisor de Control de Calidad

We are looking for a Quality Control Supervisor with experience in the aerospace industry, particularly in the manufacturing processes of cables, harnesses, panels, and electronic assemblies. This role is focused on ensuring compliance with quality standards, leading inspection teams, and providing effective support to operations, customers, and suppliers.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, preferably in Electronics, Mechatronics, Aerospace, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum 3 to 5 years of experience in a similar role within the aerospace industry.
• Experience in manufacturing processes for cables, harnesses, and panels.
• Proven experience in personnel management and leadership of quality inspection teams.
• Knowledge of AS9100 quality management system.
• Knowledge of FAI / FAIR generation, review, and evaluation.
