Objectives of this role

• knowledge of the design, build, and procurement of mold tooling to meet electronics industry quality and production standards.

Responsibilities

• Ensuring compliance with safety, environmental and regulatory requirements in all molding engineering activities.

• Responsible of implementation of new molding technologies.
• Using data driven analytical problem-solving techniques (Six Sigma, DMAIC, 8D) to find root cause and implement effective corrective actions for process capability improvement.
• Providing molding expertise to assigned New Product Development projects while ensuring key deliverables are met per project schedules, including new technologies and transfers.
