Production Supervisor - Painting

Job Objective: Coordinate and oversee the activities of team leaders and assigned resources, ensuring tasks are performed efficiently while meeting safety, quality, and on‑time delivery standards to achieve production goals. Troubleshoot issues and implement improvements within the assigned area.

Requirements

• Completed bachelor's degree.
• 2 years in a similar position.
• Experience in liquid paint lines (dryers, mixers).
• Valid visa and passport.
• Advanced English proficiency.
• Availability to rotate shifts.

Main Functions and Responsibilities

• Monitor and ensure compliance with assigned indicators for the area.
• Distribute daily tasks to the work team.
• Coordinate production strategies and follow up on work orders.
• Investigate and resolve problems.
• Evaluate team performance, identifying training needs in the areas.
