Responsibilities

• Coordinate and manage human resources and the team of one or more shifts for one or more production lines in accordance with corporate objectives, procedures, and standards to ensure safe and efficient manufacturing operation promoting a lean manufacturing culture, teamwork, and continuous improvement to meet daily goals, monthly and annual safety, deliveries, and cost for Donaldson Leon plant.

Environment, safety and hygiene

• Safeguard the physical integrity of people attached to the guidelines of the organization to eliminate the occurrence of incidents and risks of greater impact.
• Ensure compliance with the procedures of the environmental management system to comply with the requirements of ISO *****.
• Retain ISO ***** certification.
