Eaton’s ES AMER ESS division is currently seeking a Supervisor de Producción.

• Lead, facilitate and coordinate production activities and resources management according to established practices and or policies within their job area to ensure the timely delivery of quality parts that meet or exceed customer expectations. Promote the continuous improvement process and a safety culture.
• Prepare report daily production status.
• Coordinate, leverage, and utilize appropriately resources to resolve manufacturing problems, improve processes and meet external and internal customer demands.
• Provide and implement training that will enable personnel to better perform.
• Coordinate and administer employees: attendance, punctuality, overtime, vacations, and permissions.
