Kohler Co. is seeking a Warehouse Operations Supervisor to join the Wisconsin Distribution Center (WIDC), where this role will lead the put-away, replenishment, picking, and inventory operations for Kitchen & Bath finished goods while managing a team of approximately 20–40 associates in a fast-paced, unionized environment. Reporting to the General Supervisor – Logistics, the Supervisor plays a hands-on leadership role balancing daily execution with safety, quality, delivery, cost, and 5S expectations, while partnering closely with Maintenance, HR, Safety, IT/WMS, Customer Service, and other Distribution Center leaders.
