**SUMMARY OF POSITION:**

Responsible for leading and supervising the Employee Relations Specialists in all aspects of Employee and Labor Relations which primarily encompasses counsel and guidance to managers in performance management, employee engagement, conflict resolution, compliance, policy and procedure development and implementation, contract interpretation and other issues.
