Supervisor, Energy & Infrastructure Underground Maintenance (MEA02021)

Reporting to the General Supervisor, Energy and Infrastructure, you will be part of the Energy and Infrastructure Department. You will ensure that the goals and objectives are achieved while promoting and respecting Agnico Eagle’s values, Health & Safety Code of Conduct, and the environment.

Responsibilities:

• Supervise and coordinate the underground electrical and fixed maintenance and development activities;
• Implement and ensure application of working procedures among team members;
• Apply the methods and principles of the Supervision Formula;
• Organize the weekly jobs to execute according to the weekly schedule;
• Ensure proper standard work practices are followed through the preventive and corrective maintenance activities;
