Supervisor for Well Services Team

Drive operational success as a Supervisor for our Well Services team, emphasizing safety and productivity at our on-site location. This is a full-time, permanent position.
In this dynamic role, you’ll supervise 3-4 crew members while addressing safety protocols and productivity enhancements. You'll be responsible for technical advice, training staff on procedures, and coordinating daily operations. Reports and schedules will be important parts of your responsibilities to maintain seamless workflow and efficiency.
