Job Description

**About the Role**
As supervisor, you work closely with the store manager and fellow supervisor to ensure smooth daily operations and consistent commercial performance.
You are responsible for:
- Leading the team during shifts and setting the standard on the shop floor;
- Driving sales performance across turnover, key KPIs and customer satisfaction;
- Coaching colleagues to improve confidence, product knowledge and sales technique;
- Maintaining operational control in a high-traffic airport setting;
- Ensuring service standards reflect the premium brands we represent.
