JOB SUMMARY The Supervisor leads and oversees the day-to-day activities of administrative, professional and technical employees involved in the day-to-day administration of the program.

This role ensures programs operate in full compliance with HUD regulations, PHA Administrative Plans, and established quality control standards and assures that Quadel meets its performance standards.

Additionally, the supervisor is responsible for ensuring quality service delivery to clients, maintaining compliance with program requirements, and fostering professional growth among team members.
