POSITION SUMMARY:

Executes company and facility environmental services programs and procedures by training, supervising and motivating the environmental services personnel to ensure all tasks are completed and schedules are met.

Perform all environmental services related tasks demonstrating service orientation to fellow employees, client staff and customers. Work closely with and motivate environmental services staff to ensure work is performed properly and personnel are following schedules (duty lists). Recommend work schedules (duty lists) for all assigned areas to ensure optimal efficiency and adherence to quality standards. Conduct training sessions with environmental services personnel regularly and, as assigned, by the Assistant Account Operations Manager or Account Operations Manager.
