Job Description
Penspen is urgently looking to hire for Supervisor HSE Project for one of our Offshore PMC projects in Abu Dhabi.
Qualification Required- The candidates should have Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Safety, or Related Discipline.
- Responsible for implementing, monitoring, and enforcing Health, Safety, and Environment standards across all project activities in offshore environments.
- Implement and enforce project HSE plans, procedures, and safe work practices
- Ensure compliance with local regulatory requirements, client standards, and international HSE guidelines
- Conduct routine inspections, audits, and safety walks to identify hazards and unsafe conditions
- Monitor high‑risk activities such as lifting operations, hot work, confined space entry, working at height, SIMOPS, and vessel operations
