Job Summary
The Supervisor – Janitorial provides effective frontline leadership for custodial operations on the INSCOM contract at Fort Belvoir across approximately 635,000 square feet in four buildings, including controlled-access and classified environments. The Supervisor leads assigned personnel, monitors work execution, conducts inspections, ensures compliance with schedules and frequencies, provides hands-on training, and implements immediate corrective action to maintain clean, safe, sanitary, and mission-ready facilities.
