Supervisor Maintenance

**Description**

**General Summary**

The position involves supervising work crews on the 2nd and 3rd shifts in maintenance and repair tasks to ensure quality control and maintain a safe facility environment. Responsibilities include overseeing various trades, such as mechanics, electricians, carpenters, controls technicians, fire technicians, facility system operators, and central energy plant operators. This role may involve directing lead employees to enhance productivity. Additionally, the supervisor will oversee the work of CBRE GDS subcontractors operating onsite.

**Essential Duties and Responsibilities**

+ Schedules maintenance personnel by scheduling preventative maintenance, work orders and correctives with the Planner Scheduler, instructing technicians on daily routines, preventative maintenance, and work orders, may also be responsible for grounds irrigations systems.
