Community: Newcastle Place Address: 12600 N PortMequon, Wisconsin 53092 Pay Range $58,600.00-$80,600.00+ Annual Details About the Role Generate responses to resident inquiries with a sense of urgency and follow through and communicate to a higher authority if the task requires further assistance; incorporate new information, monitor, divide and assign work order system. Implement, as directed, production and quality control standards; follow-up progress reports as required. Direct oversight of production activities of assigned sub-departments including contracted services ensuring safety standards and regulatory compliance is met. Coordinate daily staffing to complete all work assignments and replacing any absences or reassign team members to ensure there is proper coverage to cover the workload.
