Job Summary
Supervises the delivery of high quality food and nutritional services to Corewell Health patients, retail patrons, catering, administration and employees, including the delivery of quality patient tray services.
Essential Functions
+ Effectively delegates operational responsibilities, including but not limited to temperature log completion, sanitation standards, daily huddles, training status monitoring, and staffing coverage across positions.
+ Demonstrates strong knowledge of payroll processes, accurately entering and managing transactions such as PTO, leaves of absence, bereavement requests, pay adjustments, and tardiness within system guidelines.
+ Develops and maintains training schedules that align with the master schedule to support operational efficiency and workforce readiness.
