Supervisor, Pharmacists - Full-Time - Evenings - Atlantic Health Overlook Medical Center

The Pharmacist Supervisor oversees pharmacy operations and manages a team of direct reports, ensuring regulatory compliance, medication safety, and efficient workflow. This role is responsible for staff training, performance development, and cross-functional communication, while supporting specialty areas such as IV operations, medication safety, or operational services. The supervisor participates in quality improvement initiatives, mentors staff and collaborates with the pharmacy leadership team to achieve departmental goals and maintain high standards of patient care.

General Responsibilities:


+ Demonstrate knowledge of standards and regulations and maintains proper documentation. Assure readiness with all regulatory agencies and compliance with department, hospital, and AH policies and procedures.
