**Job Purpose**:
Execute plans and transactions to maximize the value of CRE portfolio's, Provide input to portfolio planning.
Typically, responsible for a sub-portfolio.
Manage simple acquisitions & development projects.
**Key Tasks**
- Manage simple acquisitions & development projects
- Assess real estate options and viability in order to determine commercial opportunities
- Provide thorough market information to support real estate options
- Negotiate best outcome for transaction and present opportunities to business
- New projects handover working with teams from Construction and Facilities Management
- Work with stakeholders to finalize transaction including Legal, Retail, Finance
- Manage renewal, relocation, and expansion databases
- Monitoring and execution of VTTs for all commercial processes
- Administer and support development of plans and processes to maximize the value of the CRE portfolio
