Job Description
- Manage daily gas station operations, including fuel supply management, equipment inspection, service scheduling, and on-site daily affairs coordination to ensure smooth station operation.
- Lead, train, and supervise station staff, arrange daily shifts, assess team performance, and improve overall service quality and work efficiency.
- Strictly implement national safety regulations and company safety management systems, conduct daily safety checks, eliminate potential safety hazards, and ensure zero safety accidents in fueling, storage and equipment operation.
- Responsible for station sales target achievement, formulate daily and monthly sales plans, promote station value-added products and services, and boost overall operating revenue.
