Summary As a Supervisory AST Branch Chief within the Research and Engineering Directorate, you will provide technical and organizational leadership for branch personnel performing aerospace research engineering, and technology development activities. You will be responsible for workforce planning, employee supervision and development, strategic planning, and technical oversight supporting Agency programs, projects, and mission objectives. Responsibilities Performs a full range of supervisory duties which includes assigning and evaluating work; recommending personnel actions; taking disciplinary actions; and identifying training needs and developing employees.
