Job Description
Summary The Assistant Director for Construction and Valuation is responsible for attaining valuation operational related program objectives and goals for Loan Guaranty (LGY), ensuring daily operations, performance, customer service, and resolution of emerging issues. Through supervisory staff, the incumbent leads, plans, develops, organizes, coordinates, directs, and evaluates the VA Guaranty Home Loan valuation operations and oversees lenders and appraisers' compliance with VA policies and procedures. Responsibilities Specific duties include: Fully responsible for the attainment of the Construction and Valuation program objectives and goals nationwide for LG Prepares Construction & Valuation value stream (CVVS) budget in consultation with the LGY Front Office Staff and Management Analyst in relation to requests and forecasts, in-resource planning, and in productivity programs.
