Summary This is a Direct Hire Authority (DHA) solicitation utilizing the DHA for Certain Personnel of the DoD Workforce to recruit and appoint qualified candidates to positions in the competitive service. About the Position: Serves as Supervisory Budget Analyst at Willamette Valley Projects which consists of 13 multipurpose projects with Hydro-electric, flood damage control, recreation, environmental stewardship and fish and wildlife business lines. Responsibilities Analyze trends and developments in the project budget execution and develop recommendations concerning the operations of the project mission, including funding priorities, and workload management. Serve as primary point of contact for all matters concerning funding and funds control for relevant portions of the above mentioned appropriations.
