SUPERVISORY FACILITIES OPERATIONS SPECIALIST

Summary You will serve as a SUPERVISORY FACILITIES OPERATIONS SPECIALIST in the FACILITIES MANAGEMENT DIVISION of NAS KEY WEST. Responsibilities You will provide proactive leadership and management with responsibility and accountability for the maintenance and repair of real property for the Naval Air Station and tenant commands. You will implement procedures, policies, and other directives affecting subordinate employees, and maintain a working knowledge of Navy EEO, affirmative action and OSH programs. You will plan work schedules according to priorities set by Emergency, Urgent, Routine, and PM program, and manage budget requirements to support the Facilities Sustainment Program. You will maintain an understanding of equipment and facility requirements – including a broad and comprehensive knowledge of maintenance management, to include long- and short-range planning.
