Summary This position is located in a Field Office of the National Labor Relations Board (NLRB). The primary purpose of this position is to provide administrative/technical supervision over subordinates engaged in investigating and negotiating voluntary settlements under the provisions of the National Labor Relations Act (NLRA) and recommending formal action in cases with merit, providing counsel and opinion on cases in regard to the administration, interpretation, and enforcement of the NLRA.
