Summary The primary purpose of this position is to serve as Chief and program manager, organizing, directing, and exercising control over nonsupervisory employees within the Civil Engineer Squadron Project Management Element. Responsibilities Plans, organizes, and directs the activities of the Element. Exercises supervisory personnel management responsibilities.
