Supervisory General Engineer / Supervisory Architect

Summary These positions are located in the Bureau of Overseas Buildings Operations, Program Development, Coordination and Support Directorate, Office of Project Development and Coordination, East Asia Pacific Area Division, and Western Hemisphere Area Division (OBO/PDCS/PDC/EAP and OBO/PDCS/PDC/WHA). PDC provides program management, project management, and support for all capital and major rehabilitation construction projects from inception through the end of the warranty period and project close-out. Responsibilities Leads end-to-end project development, including design, budgeting, compliance, and approval submissions. Conducts negotiations with design services contractors. Prepares project status reports for projects assigned to the Division and presents status briefings to Senior management.
