Summary The Office of Tribal Health works to oversee, maintain, and improve VHA's relationship with Health and Human Services (HHS) Indian Health Services (IHS) and to ensure optimal implementation of the Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) between the Department of Veteran Affairs (VA) and IHS. The Office of Tribal Health provides comprehensive, compassionate, and quality healthcare, while enhancing the quality of life to American Indian and Alaskan Native Veterans.
