Summary About the Position: Function as the Chief of the HR Management Branch and as the recruitment/staffing/classification program manager reporting to the Chief of the Human Capital Division. Position may be filled at Falls Church, VA or San Antonio, TX. This is not a virtual/remote position. You must live within or be willing to relocate within a commutable distance of one of the above duty locations. Responsibilities Serve as the senior expert overseeing DHA’s recruitment, staffing, classification, and compensation programs, ensuring legally compliant and strategically aligned human capital operations.
