Summary This position is part of the Office of the Chief Human Capital Officer, Department of Energy. As a Supervisory Human Resources Specialist, you will be responsible for directing the Department's Human Capital Management Accountability Program (HCMAP) and overseeing Department-wide Human Capital compliance, internal controls, and accountability activities. Responsibilities As a Supervisory Human Resources Specialist, you will: Direct the agency's Human Capital Management Accountability Program (HCMAP), overseeing all compliance, internal control, and accountability activities to ensure HR programs align with all applicable Federal statutes, regulations, and government-wide policies. Lead the analysis of federal regulations to develop and issue HR directives and procedures for the HCMAP program, providing expert recommendations and ongoing guidance to senior leadership on the evolution of the Department's HR practices.
