SUPERVISORY MSA

Summary The Incumbent serves as a Supervisor, providing direct assistance and supervision to the staff of The Dental Service, North Charleston CBOC. The position is located in Dental Services, which is part of the Ralph H Johnson VA Medical Center in Charleston, SC. This position is responsible for providing program oversight, while directly managing and capturing the program's daily, monthly, and quarterly statistical data in order to track/report all services provided by the Dental Services, RHJ VAMC. Responsibilities Supervisory MSAs at this level plan and direct programs at medical centers and/or satellite outpatient clinics. They have full responsibility for supervising at least one subordinate MSA team leader, supervisor, or equivalent administrative patient support staff in a non-VA medical inpatient, outpatient, or interdisciplinary setting.
