The primary purpose of this position is: To exercise second level supervisory and managerial authorities over the AFELM/JPPSO3C. To direct, manage, supervise and control all administrative, functional, financial and technical transportation support requirements for a large (70 military and/or civilian joint-service personnel. Responsibilities Plans, organizes, and directs the activities of the JPPSO, ensuring all functional work areas comply with legal and regulatory guidance in meeting customer requirements. Develops operational and organizational plans, integrating the JPPSO goals and objectives with base-level Personal Property Processing Offices (PPPOs).
