Job Description
Introduction:
Location: Chonburi Salary Range: 45,000 – 55,000 THB (Based on experience) Work Schedule: Monday – Friday (5 days/week)
Responsibilities:
Manage supplier quality claims, cost recovery, and follow-up on remedial actions.Reduce customer complaints by proactively managing incoming material quality and analyzing defect trends.Monitor, evaluate, and drive the improvement of supplier quality KPIs.Lead the investigation of supplier quality issues using 8D methodology and Root Cause Analysis (RCA) to ensure permanent corrective actions are implemented.Conduct supplier audits and process validations (VDA 6.3 approach) to ensure manufacturing stability and compliance.Review and approve PPAP packages, material changes, and technical documentation to ensure alignment with IATF 16949 standards.Collaborate with internal R&D and Project teams to manage Safe Launch activities...
