Overview
The Supplier Quality Engineer, based in “Penang, Malaysia”, is responsible to drive quality improvement and risk mitigation initiatives associated with its suppliers and contract manufacturing partners. This role leads supplier qualification, drives structured problem solving, and partners closely with Engineering, Supply Chain, and Operations across the region to improve supplier performance and support both new product introductions and sustaining production. Strong communications enabled by a data driven and collaborative skill‑set will be critical to success in this role as you will strive to better enable Veeco’s suppliers to more effectively meet the challenging requirements of Veeco and its customers.
