Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Supplier Quality Manager to lead and enhance the quality performance of our supplier base, ensuring all supplied materials and components meet FLSmidth's rigorous quality standards and contribute to operational excellence.

Job Responsibilities

• Develop, implement, and maintain supplier quality management systems and procedures in alignment with FLSmidth's global quality strategy.
• Conduct supplier assessments, audits (on-site and remote), and evaluations to qualify new suppliers and monitor the performance of existing ones.
• Establish and manage supplier quality agreements (SQAs) and ensure adherence to specified quality requirements, technical specifications, and regulatory standards.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives with suppliers, including root cause analysis of non-conformances, implementation of corrective and preventive actions (CAPA), and verification of effectiveness. ...
