Job Summary:
Under the direction of the Quality Supervisor, the Supplier Quality Technician will maintain inspection of incoming materials and components. Supports the maintenance of supplier controls in partnership with the Supplier Quality Engineer and other operations team members.
Essential duties and responsibilities:
+ Performs receiving inspection on incoming materials and components.
+ Retains and archives supplier material certificates, certificates of conformance, inspection data, etc. in accordance with applicable procedures.
+ Monitors and updates inspections plans in the ERP system based on engineering changes or supplier performance.
+ Identifies, segregates, and dispositions nonconforming materials received from suppliers.
+ Supports the Supplier Quality Engineer with:
+ Determining supplier at fault issue...
