Responsibilities

• Lead and participate in the development of the commodity by managing projects that include the preparation of business cases.
• Lead, develop, and execute the commodity strategy and provide senior management with project and negotiation status updates.
• Identify, analyze, and realize cost‑reduction opportunities.
• Establish and maintain relationships with internal and external collaborators on technical and commercial aspects.
• Support sites and/or business units with appropriate sourcing strategies.
• Coordinate and lead negotiations of any claims with suppliers in support of business‑unit production issues.
• Support business units in the application of contractual remedies against material breaches.
• Ensure contracts are maintained in accordance with business requirements to support supplier claims.
