About the job Supply Chain Assistant (1 Year)
Job Description:
- Coordinate with factories to send invoices and follow up on required documentation (e.g., manufacturing certificates).
- Manage order revisions for breakages, ensure all updates are completed before invoicing, and review/amend carrier Bills of Lading as needed.
- Verify margin details, confirm invoice accuracy, and compile complete export documentation for submission to the Order Team.
- Handle LC/DA/DP term orders, including document preparation, consolidation, signatures, bank/customer submission, and marine insurance application and certification.
- Submit tax invoices to Finance and maintain required weekly and monthly operational reports.
Requirement:
- NITEC qualification with 1 year of experience.
