Job Description

As a Supply Chain Assistant, you will provide administrative and coordination support to both the Procurement and Order Processing teams to ensure smooth day-to-day operations.
- Assist in preparing and tracking purchase orders in the ERP system
- Follow up with suppliers on quotations, deliveries, and required documentation
- Maintain accurate supplier records, pricing information, and agreements
- Support import shipment coordination and supplier communication
- Monitor EM shipment and logistics arrangements to ensure timely delivery
- Input and verify customer orders in the system
- Generate and maintain invoices, delivery orders, and related documents
