Supply Chain Associate (1 year/SHIPPING MNC) - Training Provided/up to $3k #HAO

Salary: up to $3000.

Duration: 1 year direct contract.

Working Days & Hours: Mon-Fri Office Hours.

• Understand the structure of each deal and items stated in the checklist prior to preparing the reconciliation template.
• Close follow-up with Line Manager to ensure the checklist is drawn up for each agreement before the deal commences, and to update it whenever there are changes to the deal.
• Set up contract details in the system together with billing instructions to facilitate correct invoicing to customers.
• Update customers on monthly slot charges with bunker updates and ensure correct fixed slot invoices are issued promptly.
• Extract customers’ loading information, scrutinize the report, probe agents for clarification on data discrepancies, and follow up to ensure the system is updated with correct records.
